The borough's public access network is seeing red over deadlocked talks with Cablevision, and claims the Dolan family cable company is lowballing it despite multibillion dollar borough revenues. "They are holding us hostage," said Roscoe Brown, Bronxnet board member and former Bronx Community College president. "They have no respect for the Bronx. Cablevision is trying to play us cheap."
