Lisa Sorin, a Districting Commission Member and New York City Council Members Eric Dinowitz and Althea Stevens, the co-chairs of the Council’s Bronx delegation, explain that more input from Bronxites is essential so that there’s adherence to the basic City Charter requirement to provide balance and fairness, insuring the fundamental principle of ‘one person, one vote’.
