This week’s BronxTalk presents a ‘Best of BronxTalk 2021’. Co-producer Stephen Powell and intern Jimmy Sullivan selected these as some of their favorite segments of the year: an award-winning design proposal for a men’s homeless shelter in Hunts Point, Black and African culture, and a conversation with Bronx legend Sonia Manzano (Maria from Sesame Street) who created ‘Alma’s Way’ an animated children’s program for PBS.
