As part of the 2021 Bronx Primary Debate Series BronxTalk host Gary Axelbank interviewed candidate Helen Hines, one of the two candidates on the ballot. The other, Rafael Samalamnca, Jr, declined the opportunity to participate. Ms. Hines answered questions about her campaign, affordable housing, job availability for residents, culture budgets, crime and policing, and more.
