Census 2020 Faces Controversy Amid Pandemic

Starting in 1790 and taking place every ten years, the census-required by the Constitution- conducts a count of residents in order to determine funding for communities, the number of seats in the House of Representatives, and draw Congressional and Legislative Districts.
