Every year the Grand Concourse comes alive with world-class Latin performers in early October, and BronxNet captures it all to bring to you on your media channels. Presented by Hostos Community College, the 7th Annual Viva Bronx Festival featured the Rok Fairies, the young, edgy urban female group; Choque Kultural, one of the most downloaded Latin Urban groups; DJ Hektek, and many other notable entertainers.

Tune in as Rhina Valentin interviews festival participants and hear what Legendary Hip-Hop Artist Grandmaster Melle Mel has to say about his new Grandmaster Fitness show and the Bronx Strong Health and Fitness campaign. You will also hear from Wally Edgecombe of Hostos Center for Arts & Culture, Assemblyman Jose Rivera, the Bronx’ Culinary Ambassador Baron Ambrosia of Bronx Flavor, the Hostos Men’s Basketball Team and other notables.
