Applications for new programs and requests for interval changes (i.e. monthly, bi-weekly or weekly) are due no later than Friday, May 23, at 4:30 p.m. The 3rd Quarter of 2008 begins on Sunday, June 16, 2008

Beginning Monday, June 2 – Friday, June 13, 2008 airdate labels MUST be picked up at the front desk between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Beginning June 17, labels will be given out from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. only. We appreciate your cooperation; your assistance will ensure proper cablecast of all programming.

We strongly recommend that you do not invest in material that publicizes your program’s airdate for the upcoming quarter until you receive confirmation of your renewal and airdates. The scheduling of new programs will have priority over the scheduling of existing programs. Your program may be moved or cancelled at the end of any thirteen-week run.

Program producers are required to do the following, as stated in our programming policies:

  1. Tapes must be submitted no later than 48 hours before your scheduled airdate. Unfortunately no late submissions will be allowed.

  2. Tapes must have the BRONXNET label properly affixed to both videotape and cover.

  3. Tapes must follow the technical and content guidelines as stated in our programming policies.

  4. Tapes must be picked up within 30 days after its last airdate otherwise they will be recycled.
